商品の引渡時期Delivery timing	受注生産のため、ご注文後通常2〜4営業日で製作・発送いたします。発送後のお届けまでの日数は配送先により異なり、目安は3〜12日です。発送時に追跡番号をメールでお知らせします。Made to order: usually produced and shipped within 2–4 business days of your order, then delivered in about 3–12 days depending on the destination. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.
返品・交換についてReturns & exchanges	受注生産品のため、お客様のご都合による返品・交換（サイズ・言語の選択間違いを含む）はお受けできません。商品の破損・印刷不良・ご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合は、商品到着後30日以内に注文番号と写真を添えてメールでご連絡ください。無償で交換品を発送するか、全額返金いたします（返送料等のご負担はありません）。Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind (including choosing the wrong size or language). If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a free replacement or give a full refund, at no cost to you.
キャンセルについてCancellations	製作開始前のご注文に限りキャンセル・全額返金が可能です。ご希望の場合は速やかにメールでご連絡ください。Orders can be cancelled and fully refunded only before production starts. Please email us as soon as possible.
